Our monthly programs are held in hybrid format–both face-to-face and online, via Zoom–on the third Wednesday of most months. In-person meetings are held at Ball State University’s Nature Lab, which is connected to the Rinard Orchid House. (Set your GPS for 2500 W. University Ave., Muncie. Turn north off of University, and at the “Y” go right.) Parking is available on the south side of the greenhouse and is free after 5 p.m. The building is wheelchair-accessible.
Zoom links are provided with each month’s program, and pre-registration is necessary. Some programs are recorded and can be viewed on our YouTube channel.
Winter meetings are subject to cancellation, in the case of inclement weather. For cancellations and updates, check the RCAS Facebook page and subscribe to our email list, at admin@cooperaudubon.org. Non-members are welcomed to all programs.
You can download a printable PDF of winter 2025/2026 programs and events and PDF of spring 2026 programs and events for easy reference!
